During this 6-week class series, you will be gently guided, encouraged and supported by an innately compassionate, registered yoga teacher. Together, we will bridge the path of healing between the psyche and the body, by walking through the sacred practice of yoga so you can release the burdens of trauma from your body and mind.

Using the principles of polyvagal theory, affective neuroscience, and trauma-informed care, we will develop a better understanding of how our brains and bodies respond to stress and trauma. We will introduce the power of yoga philosophy and offer a variety of accessible yoga poses and breathing practices. This class is a self-led healing journey toward feeling more empowered, grounded, clearheaded, inspired and at ease.
Classes held in-studio same day/time each week. 1 - 8 students per class, offering multiple cohorts each week. Students are asked to please only attend scheduled days/time registered for originally. Students may not make up classes or attend with a cohort they have not started with. This is to provide privacy and to honor the trust being built within each group by members, as well as to prevent overcrowding of classes.
