We offer a variety of yoga & meditation practices, Reiki energy healing, intuitive & oracle readings, sound bath with crystal singing bowls & various sound instruments. We also provide Amethyst Biomat + Bioaccoustic mat sound/vibrational therapy, as well as life coaching, and peer counseling for survivors of trauma, sexual assault, domestic violence, and suicide.
