Throughout this 6-week class series, you will be gently guided, encouraged and supported by a compassionate professional yoga teacher with experience in trauma recovery. Together, we will bridge the path of healing, between the psyche and the body, through the sacred practice of yoga, releasing the burdens of trauma.

Using the principles of polyvagal theory, affective neuroscience, and trauma-informed care, we will develop a better understanding of how our brains and bodies respond to stress and trauma. We will introduce the power of yoga philosophy and offer a variety of accessible yoga poses and breathing practices. This class is a self-led healing journey toward feeling more empowered, grounded, clearheaded, inspired and at ease. 

Classes held in-studio each week.  4 - 8 students per class. To honor the trust being built within each group, and to prevent overcrowding, we ask participants to register and attend the same class time/day each week.

$72 - Supported Access Pass - 50% of class registration fee is paid for by generous donations from fellow students and community members.

$144 - Fair Access Pass - Full registration for 1 person, includes free yoga mat and class materials. 

$216 - Shared Access Pass - Full registration, yoga mat & materials. Includes generous donation to Supported Access/Scholarship funding.
